You’ve probably heard the term Instructional Designer before, but I’m more than that. Armed with more than two decades of experience in education, marketing, and public relations, I aim to drive companies’ training efforts forward in a more efficient manner. You could call me a Strategic Learning Architect.

I partner with stakeholders in a problem solving process in order to develop specific, relevant, and efficient solutions designed to impact actions employees take in the workplace–with the ultimate goal of positively impacting an organization’s outcomes.
